Clinical Practice
- Identify clinical resource needs for members.
- Contribute to the development and/or adoption of evidence-based clinical guidelines for urological nursing practices.
- Identify and establish a core research group within the organisation.
- Engage as a member of government committees and other organisations to contribute to the development of policies that shape clinical standards and practices within the urological nursing field.

- Establish a robust financial structure within ANZUNS to ensure fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and transparency, incorporating effective budgeting, revenue expansion, and resource allocation strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a reliable and sustainable income stream for ANZUNS, including expanding funding sources, optimising membership dues and fees, and exploring opportunities for sponsorships, grants, and partnerships.
